CycleCast for Now through September 27, with a Special Election 08 Casting

We get to take a break, fellow-travelers, unless you happen to be one of the political animals like myself who are following the Election 08 spectaculars that are happening here in the U.S.A. If that's the case, fasten your seat belts and get ready for some startling revelations. Life's going to be happening on two tracks for a while, so first I will give the generalized CycleCast to apply in your personal life, and then I will take a first look at the Election weather:

On the personal front, the next several weeks have a lighten-up feeling to them - much welcomed after the last Cycle's intensity!

We begin now by chasing the Butterfly, but please be careful - our new visions are delicate and not to be pinned down. By the middle of next week, we'll have that refreshing Morning feeling of waking up from a good sleep to the dawn of a new day. Put to use your gift of drawing the Circle, travelers; participation in worthwhile endeavors brings unity. You might need to Ring around the rosie and face up to how joining your energy with others challenges you. Practicing a Monk's discipline will help you recharge and renew, while the fluid openness of Water helps wash away the old.

Now let's look at the Election 08 weather for the next three weeks. (Keep in mind, I am not trying to predict the outcome of the election, only to describe and forecast the energy weather surrounding this election season.) ~

We leave the convention weeks with emotions running high; both the Water and Fountain are present and can indicate an excessive exuberance; we need a strong, resistant Cup to contain these fluids. But almost immediately (September 6 at 1:11 am Mountain time, to be precise) comes a strong urge to seek out and apply the truth: citizens, get involved! You've suffered on the sidelines long enough; now you are ripe like a Cherry that is mature, complete inside, and you know how to make your voice heard. And remember, while the Magician may spin the smoke and mirrors, it takes a Jester to see - and speak - the truth. I'm predicting that some startling revelations will come to light, if they haven't already, by around the middle of this month.

While these two Cycles - the personal and the political - have different feelings, they both end around the same time, taking us past the beginning of our next Mercury Retrograde period on September 24. Never fear, I will have a new CycleCast to guide you through it!
